I understand that a non-refundable and non-transferrable retainer is required to secure the appointment. The retainer will be applied toward the cost of the tattoo.

Retainers must be paid within 24 hours of being issued; otherwise, the date and time will not be held. Retainers can be paid in person, or an invoice can be sent through the scheduling software.

A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. To carry over your retainer, a new booking must be made at the time of cancellation, provided the minimum 72 hours notice is given.

If a cancellation or reschedule occurs with less than 72 hours notice, the retainer will be forfeited, and a new retainer will be required for the next appointment.
